A live stream that takes your event to audiences beyond the venue
From conferences and seminars to ceremonies and official events, we set up the cameras and audio and connect the stream to the approved platforms, with live direction and technical monitoring throughout the event.
Camera setup, the number of cameras and connectivity routes are planned around the size of the event, the nature of the venue and the platforms required.
Send us the event date, venue and the platforms you need, and we'll review your streaming requirements and the right setup with you.
Your event may matter to followers in other cities, or to partners and officials who can't attend in person. If the picture and sound don't come through clearly, or the stream runs into technical problems, viewers struggle to follow what's happening, even when the event itself is well organised.
Streaming isn't just switching on a camera; it takes technical preparation and live direction so the audience can follow the event in a way that makes sense.
We start by understanding the nature of the event, the venue and who will be watching, then define the picture, audio and connectivity setup and test it before going live. During the event, our operations team manages direction and the signal according to the approved execution plan.
Before stream preparation
Relying on filming or a connection that hasn't been tested enough, with unplanned transitions between programme segments.
With a clear streaming and setup plan
A plan for cameras, audio and connectivity, testing ahead of time, and live direction that follows the event as it unfolds.
After the event, a full recording or selected highlights can be delivered for review and later publishing, if included in the agreed deliverables.
If all you need is a short video after the event, our event coverage and filming service may be a better fit. Live streaming serves audiences who need to follow the event as it happens.
We assess the venue conditions and network options and define the streaming requirements before event day. This helps us choose the right operating approach instead of discovering what's needed after the programme has started.
Roles across direction, filming, audio and connection monitoring are assigned according to the size of the event, so everyone knows exactly what they're responsible for during the broadcast.
We run a closed technical rehearsal to check transmission routes, picture, audio and visual elements before the stream begins, and review possible fallbacks with the event team.
We take into account venue conditions, internet stability, event duration, the number of platforms, and any additional needs for screens and live effects. All of these are confirmed before event day.
We review the event schedule, the nature of its segments, the venue, the platforms, the expected audience and how they will watch.
We inspect the venue and connectivity options and define camera and audio positions, signal routes and the necessary fallbacks.
We install the camera, audio and lighting equipment and the control room or direction point according to the approved plan.
We run a closed test stream to check the platforms, picture, audio and graphics, and confirm operational readiness with the organiser.
We go live at the scheduled time and manage the direction of each segment, signal quality and any variables as technical capabilities allow.
We deliver the approved recording and clips after review, if they are part of the required deliverables.
The reference schedule in the file covers the site survey, setup, testing, event day and what follows. Preparation, testing and delivery dates are fixed for each project according to the event's actual programme.
Yes. We can set up a simulcast on the platforms that suit your event, such as YouTube, LinkedIn, X or your website, depending on account permissions, each platform's requirements and the approved connection method.
Connectivity is a key factor. We review the available options and test them in advance, and determine whether the event needs a backup route or an additional connection depending on the venue and scope.
No one can guarantee with absolute certainty that a stream will never drop, because it also depends on external networks and the platforms themselves. Our role is to test, prepare technically and set up the available fallbacks to reduce the chance of disruption and deal with issues if they arise.
It depends on the size of the venue and the number of speakers and segments. The essential option uses one camera, the reference full-coverage option includes four, and the right configuration can be set once we understand the event programme.
Yes. We can prepare identifying elements and live graphics in line with your organisation's visual identity, if they're within the scope of work and the necessary files and information are provided before the event.
A full recording or excerpts of the event can be delivered according to the agreed deliverables, with the delivery format and date set in advance.

Share the event date and venue, the type of programme and the platforms you want to stream on. We'll review the technical requirements and the right setup with you, and map out the preparation and operating steps.
